Returning to the Breath
The breath is one of the simplest doorways into presence. It is always with us, quietly sustaining life without effort or instruction.
When we pause and bring attention to the breath, something subtle shifts. The mind softens, the body settles, and awareness begins to gather in the present moment. Breathing consciously reminds us that life is not something distant or abstract. It is immediate. Each inhale arrives as a gift; each exhale releases what we no longer need to carry.
We often believe that clarity requires complicated answers. Yet sometimes the most direct path back to ourselves is simply to notice the rhythm of breathing. Within that rhythm, life reveals its quiet steadiness.
Each breath is a doorway. We need only step through the doorway and return to the life that is already here.
